We are entering the bye rounds of the 2021 AFL season and this is the time the greatest SuperCoach minds thrive. For those who are looking at down-grading a ruckman, there are two names that come to mind. The first being the young Callum Coleman-Jones, who scored 112 in just his second AFL games in five years! The duel position, ruck/forward can add versatility and is only priced at $161,200. Furthermore, with Richmond’s injuries mounting, we can expect to see CJ play regularly for at least the next month.
Ivan Soldo has just been put on the long-term injury list, Toby Nankervis is expected to miss about a month and Tom Lynch isn’t expected to return for at lest that long as well. However, you need to be careful, as CJ has only played 1 game this year. If you were to take him early this week and he was to get injured, he won’t increase in price. Then depending on the severity of the injury, he could miss the window of stars inured at Tigerland right now.
Then, also take into consideration that the Tigers don’t play next week in round 13. This means that CJ won’ be playing next week anyway. I recommend waiting for him to play his second game and be named in round 14 before making a call on him but if you need to move someone on now, there might be another option.
