A new character has appeared in the latest Dragon Ball Super manga chapter and it’s clear that he will be a prominent character in the upcoming arc. The character is named Granolah and little is known of him other than he was aware of Seven-Three’s survival during the last battle against Moro.
Yes, that means the Earth and Universe 7, are still very much in danger. However, if Granola succeeds in Dragon Ball Super manga chapter 68, Seven-Three will be killed and therefore, the threat that the Galactic Patrol failed to see unfolding in the previous chapter, will be eliminated.
Although, that only applied if we assume Granola is a good guy. It’s possible that killing Seven-Three is the exact opposite to what his goal is. It’s also possible that Granola is capturing Seven-Three for his own evil ambitions.
We now know that the Grand Priest sends off future fully-fledged Angels to live amongst the mortals during their training days. Exact specifics are still unknown but we know that Merus wasn’t a proper Angel yet and was in the care of Whis so, it’s also possible that there are others like him.
It’s possible that Granola isn’t a proper Angel, as we have seen him already interfering with mortal problems in the previous chapter. Also, we don’t know if he is affiliated with the Angel’s yet but he sure does look like one so, it’s possible that he could be a rogue Angel, which would be pretty interesting.
Dragon Ball Super manga chapter 68 will be released on the 20th of January 2020, with the spoilers set to be released a couple of days prior to the chapters official release. For now, all we have is theories but more will be revealed in due course.
