Some of these publications such as Comicbook and CBR, have written more than one or two location possibilities based on “creditable rumours.” However, what they and a number of others have just done is basically name a huge amount of counties and historical events. As a result, it’s likely that one of these theories will be correct and then they get to boast about it afterwards, forgetting all the incorrect predictions.

Assassin’s Creed Fans Need To Ignore All “Assassin’s Creed 2022” Rumour’s

China, Scotland, Japan, Jerusalem again and even the future have all been “rumoured” but the reality is, that Ubisoft hasn’t reveled the next location and these all all nothing but rumours. The latest rumour comes from a French YouTuber and “Assassin’s Creed insider”, Jonathan, who happened to have relayed correct information about Assassin’s Creed Valhalla before it was officially revealed, and validated, by Ubisoft.

His rumours hint that the next game will bring players to the Third Crusade, which happened between May 11, 1189 and September 2, 1192. However, I would like to point out that just because this YouTuber happened to get the last setting correct, doesn’t mean that he is correct this time. He’s theories might be researched but so are the other theories that have arisen for this upcoming games and the games in the past, which differ.

The reality, as frustrating as it might be, is that only Ubisoft know where the next game will be set and until they state it officially, anything can happen. If you get your hopes up about something, prepare to be disappointed, as it’s possible Ubisoft can take a completely different approach to these “rumours.” In saying that though, I’m still hopeful for feudal Japan.
